Things to do in Liverpool in April

April in Liverpool is one of the busiest months of the year and this year is no exception. With longer days, Easter events, big shows and major events like the Grand National, there’s a real buzz across the city and wider Merseyside region.

In fact, one of the days this month might just be one of the busiest we’ve seen since starting these guides – with everything from the Grand National at Aintree and James at the M&S Bank Arena to theatre shows, live music, family events and days out happening all at once. (You’ll find all of those listed below so you can pick what suits you best!)
